  1. Shortage of sand and aggregate supply due to sand export restriction policy by Indonesia government
  2. Protection of a live 66KVA cable within the site during piling and sub-structure stage.
  3. Relocation of bus stop along main road required coordination with various authorities
  4. Close Proximity to Sensitive HDB Residential Area
