1. Close Proximity to Sensitive HDB residential area
2. New bored piles clashed with existing piles during boring process.
3. Bored piling works clashed with boulder stone and required intensive analysis from NUS Professor
4. To maintain the CD shelter within the site in operational for FSSD during construction stage
