Challenges
  1. On site A&A and upgrading works required extensive Safety and environmental control to minimise disturbance to students.
  2. Protection, excavation and construction of retaining wall along 1000mm diameter live water pips running within the site.
  3. Close Proximity to Sensitive HDB Residential Area
